Datateq “FormsNow” Product Range Now Released

This week proves an exciting time for us at Datateq as we mark the official launch of our FormsNow product.

FormsNow is our pre-built product solution designed to fit with most small to medium sized service based companies. This includes most companies that complete service reports and have technicians or other staff in the field.

FormsNow is aimed at companies that need an immediate and cost effective solution for the management of form data and field service staff reporting. It is a professionally designed and built form management solution utilising digital pen & paper technology.

• Professionally designed service report forms enabled with the Anoto dot pattern (this is what creates the digital paper).
• Professionally designed weekly time sheet pads with leave request forms on the Anoto dot pattern. These pads include 52 weekly time sheets and 20 leave request forms. Now the techs will never have an excuse for late time sheets or leave sheets.
• Other professionally designed forms include an e-mail form and stock transfer forms.
• A personalised website for form management. Here the raw forms can be edited before being printed, filed or imported to back of house systems (we currently have support for simPRO) - others will come soon.
• E-mail routing of forms so that specific forms can be delivered to the correct person.
• Leather carry cases for the digital pen.
• Customised client login website so your clients can log in to access copies of their reports. This alone will help you win work in some competetive fields such as building services maintenance and fire testing.
